MEDOWIE Christian School’s kindergarten students have just celebrated 100 days of learning.
To mark the milestone, students dressed as though they were 100-years-old.
The cohort could be seen sporting glasses, walking sticks and grey wigs, with some students even drawing their own wrinkles and moustaches.
Staff also joined the fun, with many donning their own elderly costumes.
“Our 100 Days of Kindy celebration is always a joyful milestone,” the school’s principal Daniel Weeks said.
“Seeing our students dressed up as 100-year-olds brought so much laughter and warmth to the school.
“It’s a fun way to reflect on how far they’ve come in such a short time.”
Reaching 100 days in school is a significant milestone for Kindergarten students, as it marks the culmination of their first stage of education.
The chance to dress up and celebrate was an acknowledgement of their hard work since the start of the year.
Medowie Christian School said it showcased the young students’ potential and the power of early childhood education.
They thanked the teachers and families of the students for their part in reaching this milestone.
“Our staff and families play a huge role in supporting these young learners,” Principal Weeks told News Of The Area.
“Celebrating together reminds us that education is a shared journey, and milestones like this are worth pausing to appreciate.”
