THE excitement is building for the race that stops the nation!
Join us at the Golfie on Tuesday 3 November for our Melbourne Cup celebrations.
It’s shaping up to be a fantastic day, with sweeps, Fashions on the Field, all the racing action live on the big screen and Sando’s Signature Race Day Buffet loaded with fresh seafood and generous favourites including chilled Queensland tiger prawns, New Zealand Green-Lipped mussels with plum sauce, Tasmanian smoked salmon, a fresh Thai beef salad and much, much more!
Keeping the fun rolling will be everyone’s favourite Golf Pro, Kieran, as our MC for the day.
So, dress to impress, gather your friends and settle in for a great day of racing, fashion and fun! Call reception or visit our website for tickets.
Plenty is happening off the course, with our meat raffles every Wednesday, Friday and Sunday.
It’s a great excuse to catch up with friends, enjoy a drink and try your luck at taking home a prize.
Come on down, support the club and make a night of it!
With the days getting longer and the warmer weather rolling in, there’s no better time to get out on the fairways!
Social golf is available every afternoon, so grab your clubs, round up a few mates and make the most of those extra hours of daylight.
Plus, Hawks Nest Social Club social golf is back up and running every Friday from 3pm.
It’s a great way to enjoy a casual round, catch up with familiar faces and welcome some new ones along for the fun.
Looking ahead to December, there’s plenty more to look forward to, with our ever-popular Greenkeepers Revenge and the Final Swing on Saturday 5 December.
Whether you’re keen to take on a few course surprises or finish the year with a great day at the club, be sure to keep an eye on our upcoming events and get your dates in the diary.
There’s always something happening at the Golfie, so bring your friends, enjoy the longer days, and we’ll see you at the club!
