HAWKS Nest Golf Club is gearing up for a busy August, with a charity golf day and a series of professional club fitting events set to attract members and visitors alike.
The club’s Colour for Cause Charity Golf Day will bring golfers together for a day of fundraising and community spirit.
Participants are encouraged to wear the colours of a charity close to their heart, while members can also Host a Hole, decorating it and running games or challenges to raise funds for their chosen cause.
This year’s featured charity is the Blue Tree Project, which promotes mental health awareness and encourages conversations around wellbeing.
An auction will also be held in the clubhouse following play, with proceeds supporting the day’s fundraising efforts.
Golfers looking to upgrade their equipment can also take advantage of three upcoming fitting days, offering the chance to trial the latest clubs with professional guidance.
Fitting days include Titleist on 7 August, TaylorMade on 14 August and Callaway on 17 August.
