Rev Lissy Vittali-Ross, Pastor at Hope Cottage, said the donation “couldn’t have come at a better time”.

“The demand for our meal delivery services has been steadily increasing, and these packaging products will ensure we can continue providing warm, nutritious meals to families in need this winter. “We are deeply thankful for their support.”

Charles Andrea, Managing Director of PSP Hospitality Supplies, said Hope Cottage does incredible work supporting families in Port Stephens.

“We are honoured to play a small role in their mission by providing resources that help them deliver meals safely and efficiently.”

Hope Cottage has long been a cornerstone of support for vulnerable families in the region, offering meal programs and other essential services.

The charity relies on food donations from community members to be able to provide this ongoing support.

If you would like to make a non-perishable food donation you will find donation bins at All Saints Nelson Bay, Woolworths Nelson Bay, IGA Anna Bay, IGA Wanda Beach and St Philip’s Christian College Port Stephens.
