A NEW legal practice is bringing decades of experience and a client-focused approach to the region, with the establishment of The Bell Practice in May 2026.
Founded by principal solicitor Candice de Bressac, The Bell Practice was created after more than 20 years of experience in the legal industry, specialising in property law and conveyancing.
Ms de Bressac’s legal journey began at Macquarie University, where she completed a double degree in Arts and Law. While studying, she gained valuable experience working in law firms in a range of support and paralegal roles before completing her Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice through the College of Law and being admitted as a solicitor in 2006.
Following admission, she developed a strong interest in property law and conveyancing, leading to a move to Sydney’s CBD where she worked alongside some of the industry’s leading property law professionals.
Over the years, she built extensive expertise in transactional property law while balancing a successful legal career with family life.
After relocating to Medowie almost five years ago, Ms de Bressac decided to establish her own independent practice, bringing her experience and personalised approach to clients across New South Wales.
The Bell Practice provides a broad range of legal services, including residential, strata, commercial and off-the-plan conveyancing, retail, commercial and industrial leasing, property development matters, easements and covenants, strata by-laws, loan and mortgage documentation, business sales and purchases, Powers of Attorney, and Appointments of Enduring Guardians.
Plans are also in place to expand the firm’s services into estate planning, probate and estate administration in the future.
The practice serves a diverse client base, including individuals, couples, families, small and medium-sized businesses, trusts, self-managed superannuation funds, charities and community organisations.
Drawing on years of technical expertise and strong communication skills, The Bell Practice aims to deliver high-quality legal and conveyancing services in an approachable, efficient and cost-effective manner.
Clients are supported through what can often be complex and stressful transactions, with a focus on clear guidance and professional service.
As the firm continues to grow, plans are under way to build a small team of legal and administrative professionals to support increasing demand.
The Bell Practice’s guiding philosophy is simple: regardless of where a client lives, operates a business, or owns property, if the matter is located within New South Wales, assistance is available.
